Polyethylene terephthalate 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol ester (PCT) is a high-temperature resistant, semi crystalline thermoplastic polyester plastic. It not only has the advantages of low water absorption, good dimensional stability, and excellent chemical resistance, but also has good transparency and radiation resistance. Its most prominent advantage is that its heat resistance is significantly better than that of polyester plastics such as PBT and PET in the same series. It is one of the most heat-resistant thermoplastic polyesters, and its heat resistance can rival PPS.
